Analysis on Two Chinese Versions of Stray Birds Based on Creative Translation and Creative Equivalence

Abstract Stray Birds, which was regarded as Tagore's most famous work collection, describes all the common items in our daily life, such as the day and the night, the river and the sea。 His brief poems abundantly sing the nature, life and love, indicating the profound philosophy of life, leading the world to explore the source of truth and wisdom。 This thesis analyzes whether principle of Creative Translation and Creative Equivalence was applied in the different Chinese translation versions between Mr。 Zheng and Mr。 Feng, from which we will know that in the progress of translation we shall obey the source context and respect it when we are trying to make some creations。89867

摘  要

飞鸟集作为印度诗人泰戈尔最为著名的诗歌集，描绘了日常生活中常见的事物景象，白昼与黑夜，溪流与海洋。他精炼的语句却极为充分地歌颂了自然、生命与爱，揭示了生活中深刻的哲理，引导世人探寻真理与智慧的源泉。本文选取了郑振铎与冯唐两个典型的飞鸟集中译本，分析创造性翻译和创造性对等理论在不同译本中的运用与缺失以及对文本风格以及语言造成的巨大差异，来获得一定的启示：在翻译过程中，进行创造性翻译的同时也应遵循对等性原则，尊重源文本语言、行文风格与意境，切忌过度解读与改编。源Q于W优E尔A论S文R网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ75201,8766
