Cooperative learning is the teaching strategy that emerged in the United States in the 1970s。 It is for the organization of learning。 That means, to complete the learning tasks of mutual learning, students are assigned to different groups according to their different abilities or interests。 Cooperative learning plays an important role in improving teaching quality and improving students’ psychological atmosphere。
Looking at the current primary and secondary education in China, the following phenomenon cannot be ignored: First, examination - oriented education is deeply rooted。 The pressure of study and brutal competition lead to the alienation of students' personality。 It’s common to block information and learning materials between each other。 Second, classroom teaching often becomes the interaction between teacher and eugenics。 Poor students are excluded from the class and form a vulnerable group。 They are less concerned by the teacher, as time goes on, poor students lose their passion of learning。 In addition, there seems to have an insurmountable gap between eugenics and poor students。 Such a class atmosphere cannot produce a centripetal force to all members。 With the desalination of sense of belonging and collective of part of the students, the class as a cultural sub-environment education is also gone。
