First, the paper will give the definition of gift and indicate that people may feel happy after receiving gifts in order to connect gift with happiness. Secondly, the paper will study the book itself and it will point out that happiness is the purpose of life. Thirdly, it will discuss the reason why both of the two boys in the story are lost and analyze the reason why Peter is lost and why Kennedy is lost. Fourth, and then it will discourse on the way to find out happiness.
2 Life Gift
There are many different gifts in people’s life. The earth on which people live, the magnificent views that they watch and the air they breathe in are all the gifts. Life itself is even the gift from God and everyone’s presence is a gift to the world. Everyone is unique and one of a kind. Everyone’s life can be what he wants it to be because everyone is entitled to pursue happiness. Therefore, one more gift that cannot be ignored is happiness. When people enjoy these gifts, do they ever cherish these gifts? Life should be happy and meaningful, while does everyone have the happy life?
