Abstract The validity of English teaching, as its name suggests, is the problem referring to English teaching efficiency and effect.
With the launch of New Curriculum Standard, it gives us many regulations on the every aspect of our teaching and studying. That is why my thesis focuses on the problems of validity of Junior High School English teaching activities under the requirements of New Curriculum Standard.
With the previous research, this thesis carries on the exploration through the perspective of teaching method, multimedia application, and so on to find out some related problems refers to the influence of Junior High School English teaching validity.Then from the view of teachers,students,teaching method and some other aspects,corresponding solutions are proposed to ensure the teaching validity.61392

摘 要英语课堂教学效度,顾名思义,即英语课堂教学效率或效果的问题。《新课程标准》的出台给我们提供了关于教育教学方面的准则。本文针对新课程标准,对初中生英语课堂效度问题进行了深层次的思考和探究。
在前人对教学环境、教育方针研究的基础上,本文通过案例分析从教学法,多媒体应用,教材等角度对其进行探究,找寻影响初中英语课堂教学效度的诸多因素。并从教师,学生,教学法,多媒体等角度提出对应的解决方案,以确保以保证初中英语课堂教学的有效性。

1. Introduction
In 2013, China carried out a new round of curriculum reform , the relevant regulations on all aspects of English Teaching were made in the New Curriculum Standard.
But according to the survey, the effect of English teaching has not reached the ideal state. The inherent knowledge standard and course standard have not changed fundamentally. There still exist some problems. First of all, the students' English learning is still in a fragmented state, lacking of initiative and innovation. Besides, knowledge structure system is difficult to be established. Secondly, the English teachers’ teaching methods and concepts are traditional and old-fashioned, lacking of openness, interactive which were clearly required in the English New Curriculum Standard .This makes our English teaching activities still be in a state of rigid exam-oriented education.
