摘要外贸函电中的人际关系建立关乎对外进出口贸易的进程和结果。为了实现各自的交际目的,评价资源在外贸函电中必定丰富存在,并且呈现出一定模式和比例。本文依据Martin和Rose的评价理论,对30篇建立业务关系的询盘函电文本的态度资源进行数据统计和分析。通过对语料的分类统计和各类所占比例分析,从评价系统中的态度系统的视角把握外贸函电写作时信息传递准确恰当的技巧,并对外贸函电的语言特点和交际目的外贸函电里的固定交际模式有更深入细腻的了解和认识。研究表明外贸函电的业务关系建立环节中98.5%都是乐观的评价资源,其中判断资源占了最大比例,高达48%。67369

Title Foreign Business Correspondence from the Perspective of Appraisal Theory
Abstract
This thesis aims to employ one of the three sub-systems of Appraisal Theory—Attitude system to analyze Attitude appraisal resources in letters of establishing business relations. This thesis will find out how sub-categories of Attitude, i.e. Affect, Judgment and Appreciation are proportioned to achieve the ultimate goal of establishing business relations in 30 of the actual text inquiry letter of establishing business relations. Furthermore, parts of realizations of all these Attitude values in the letters is explored and analyzed in detail. The significance of this thesis is to help us to understand letters to establish business relationship and grasp foreign trade correspondence under Attitude Theory. It shows that in the letters of building business relationships, 98.5% are positive resources, and Judgment resources takes up as high as 48%.
