摘要近30年来,尤其是20世纪80年代以来,教师专业发展逐渐成为国外教育研究的热点课题。我国明确指出教师专业发展是从90年代开始的,虽然时间不长,但是教师专业发展很快成为相关学科理论研究者的关注焦点,而且其研究成果日渐丰富,但其仍与发达国家有很大的差距。本篇论文采用文献法,调查法从课程计划的主要内容切入去探讨其促进教师专业发展的方式,进而为促进国家教育事业的发展做贡献。 79990

Abstract For nearly in the past 30 years, especially since the 1980s, teacher professional development gradually becomes the hot destination of overseas education research topic。 Teacher professional development in China starts from the 1990s and it is not a long time, but the teacher professional development soon becomes the focus of researchers。 Though the results of the study are increasingly rich, it still has a great gap compared with developed countries。 This paper uses documentary method to discuss how to promote teacher professional development from the perspective of the main content of curriculum。 And it contributes to the further development of national education。

I。 Introduction
For nearly in the past 30 years, especially since 1980s, teacher professional development gradually becomes the hot destination of overseas education research。 Teacher professional development in China starts from the 1990s and it is not a long time, but the teacher professional development soon becomes the focus of researchers。 Although the results of the study are increasingly rich, it still has a big gap compared with developed countries。 There are some reasons for that situation, such as, China’s primary and secondary school teacher’s low qualified academic starting point, parts of teachers’ light professional ethics and lots of teachers’ low-grade innovation sense and research ability。 The idea of teacher professional development is becoming more and more important so that it is paid great attention all over the world。 Some people study teacher professional development from the new curriculum reform background and analyze the current situation of it and research some factors influence teacher professional development。 Other people study teacher professional development from modern technology and research modern technologies how to contribute to teacher professional development, which makes great contributions to it。 And there are some people studying teacher professional development from reflective teaching and they use question to research the relationship between teachers and students。 But this paper uses documentary method to discuss how to promote teacher professional development from the perspective of the main content of the curriculum。 Lesson planning is an important part of teacher’s professional development so that its elements will be introduced。 Therefore, this paper will discuss how lesson planning influence the secondary teacher professional development so that it can improve current situation incessantly and urge related department to make effective lesson planning contributed to teacher professional development。 As we all know, lesson planning includes class management, order, time allocations and so on, which will influence teacher professional development in its knowledge, skills and spirits。 In addition, different subjects use different methods。 Lesson planning contributes to teacher professional development by providing the external environment and conditions。 论文网
