Throughout many decades women have been struggled to be equal men, both at home and in the workplace。 Of course, women have come a long way, to strive for equality, but gender roles in our society are very important。 They have become the most important birth in life, social continues to promote these gender roles。 The deal is very different women。 As a woman, this issue has become very important to me。 Several of our children have to learn and adapt to specific gender roles, and as we grow, they become more visible, it is the most important that our roles in society。 There are a lot of gender discriminations against women。 Because of this discrimination, social mobility has been difficult, but it is definitely changed to benefit women。
