摘 要随着信息技术的迅速发展,多媒体不断地应用于课堂教学中。小学阶段的英语教学对学生日后的英语学习至关重要，而且也需要创设真实的语言学习情景，来促进语言的学习，所以多媒体在小学英语教学中的应用值得深入研究。本文以贵州省贵阳市南明小学四年级的两个班为研究对象，应用实验教学的方法，研究多媒体在小学生英语教学中的应用。在实验教学中将传统教学与多媒体教学进行对比，从而客观的认识到传统英语教学的不足以及多媒体教学明显的优势。多媒体教学能够激发小学生对英语学习的兴趣，提高学生听、说、读、写的能力，活跃课堂气氛，创造更好的英语交际环境。83668

Abstract   With the rapid development of information technology, multimedia has been largely applied in English class step by step。 The primary stage of English learning plays a fundamental role in English learning, it also need to create real language learning environment to promote English learning, so it is worth deeply exploring the application of multimedia in primary English teaching。 This paper has set two classes from grade 4 of Nanming Primary School in Guiyang, Guizhou province as the sample, using the way of experimental teaching to find the multimedia applications in primary school。 During the experiment, the traditional teaching and multimedia teaching will be compared and get the defects of traditional teaching and the manifest advantages of multimedia teaching。 Multimedia applications in primary school can boost the interest that students to English, improve their abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing, active the atmosphere of the class and create a better English communicate environment。
