Problems and Suggestions in Music Education Practice

Abstract:Music education practice is an important part of music education practice in Normal University.. But there are some of the urgent need to solve the problems in the current music education practice: intern is still not a complete education practice process, lack of practice base teacher communication, can not be better integration of teachers the professional role, theory and practice disjointed phenomenon. To better improve the quality of music teaching, the in view of the above problems, the research, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions: practice base should be for interns to provide more internship opportunities, strengthen communication, intern in Colleges and universities should strengthen intern job role of guide, in theory internship practice link.

音乐教育实习中存在的问题及建议——以师范学院为例
高师音乐学专业是师范教育中诸多学科中的一门，音乐教育实习是音乐学专业的教育活动，是高师院校教育实习中的一个组成部分。在实习的过程中，实习基地的指导老师对实习生按照正式教师的要求来安排实习任务。在教育实习的过程中，实习生需要独立完成自己所有的工作任务、课内外活动。尽管教育实习只是实习生的第一次具有一定独立操作性的教育实践活动，但却为实习生由学习者到教授者的过渡创造了有利的条件，为实习生未来的教育工作打下了坚实的基础。
一、音乐教育实习的意义与功能
（一）音乐教育实习的意义
一是为实现师范教育的培养目标。培养具有较高的综合素质、具备专业的教学技能与较高的实践能力、具有创新精神和创新能力的专业化的中小学音乐师资是我国高师音乐教育专业现阶段的目标。要实现这个人才培养目标，教育实习是的不可或缺的环节。二是为实现学生到教师的角色转化。高师音乐教育的目的是培养音乐教师，而教育水平的提高和从学生到教师身份的转变还需要一个重要的环节一一教育实习。此外，教育实习还能培养学生的独立性，摆脱对指导教师的依赖，独立地完成授课。
