    摘要农村社区医疗服务质量一直是近年来被广泛关注的民生问题。十八届三中全会明确提出：继续深化对农村基层医药卫生机构的综合性改革，建立健全城乡基层网络化医疗卫生服务运行机制。本文在阅读大量文献研究的基础上，试图通过对山东省诸城市农村社区卫生院医疗服务质量的研究，分析和总结出当今农村社区卫生院医疗服务质量的发展现状、影响因素和影响其服务质量的原因。运用经济学供需双方视角和公共产品理论进行分析,以探究新医改对农村社区卫生院医疗服务质量的影响。20798

    Title  To improve the quality of rural health clinics in community service based on the new health care reform —— a case study in Zhucheng, Shandong Province                   
    Abstract
    The quality of rural community medical care service has been widely concerned by people in all walks of society during the past few years. In the third plenary session of the eighteenth central committee, it was clearly point out that we should deepen the comprehensive reform of the grass-roots medical and health institutions and improve the service operating mechanism of the grass-roots medical and health service. Based on a lot of research literature studies, this paper attempts to analyze the service quality status of the rural community hospitals. Meanwhile, it tries to find out the factors that influence their service qualities and also explain the reasons. This paper employs the perspective of both sides of supply and demand and the public goods theory to analyze the impact of new health care reform on the service quality of rural community clinics.
