摘要目的 探讨血脂组成成分与动脉硬化关键指标之间的相关性,为明确心脑血管疾病的发病原 因提供参考。方法 通过对温州某三甲医院 1905 例体检人群进行人口学资料、血脂、脉搏波 传导速度、踝臂指数等指标进行测量,利用独立样本 t 检验、单因素方差分析、Pearson 相 关、logistic 回归、多远线性回归分析等方法,对血脂与动脉硬化的相关性进行研究 结果 独立样本 t 检验显示:不同血脂、血压、尿酸、性别组别的 ABI、baPWV 值的差异有统计学 意义。单因素方差分析显示:不同年龄、BMI 组别的 ABI、baPWV 值的差异有统计学意义。 Pearson 相关分析显示:在置信度为 0。01 时,性别只与 baPWV 有相关,且为负相关。年龄、 BMI、收缩压、舒张压、尿酸、TC、TG、LDL-C 与 ABI、baPWV 有显著正相关性(p <0。05), 其中年龄(r =0。655,p <0。001)、收缩压(r =0。618,p <0。001)与 baPWV 的相关性较强, 而 LDL-C 与 ABI、baPWV 呈负相关。Logistic 回归分析表明:所有自变量都不是 ABI 值的影 响因素,血脂对 ABI 值没有影响。多元线性回归分析表明:年龄、收缩压、舒张压、尿酸、 BMI、TG、TC 是影响 baPWV 的重要因素,即年龄越大,血压越高,尿酸越高,TG 值越高,baPWV 值越高。结论 血脂与 ABI 无相关性,年龄、收缩压、舒张压、尿酸、BMI、TG、TC 与 baPWV 相关,血脂与动脉硬化无明显相关。88147
