摘要目的 全面总结和分析“健康管理服务”的内涵，归纳健康管理服务的类别。方法 按 照系统评价法的步骤，搜索数据库得到“健康管理服务”、“健康管理”、“服务”的记录数， 经过初筛和二次筛选后，将文献分为 17 种服务类别。结果 最终共纳入 1351 篇文献，其中 研究较多的服务类别依次是家庭医生、高血压健康管理、糖尿病健康管理，研究内容前三位 的服务类别是服务资源、健康产业、其他慢性病管理、养老服务、重点人群健康管理，其他 较重要的服务类别是健康保险、健康教育、健康信息技术、人才培养、体检服务、中医药服 务。结论 “健康管理服务”研究的聚焦点在以家庭医生团队为中心提供的高血压和糖尿病 健康管理上。近年来相关研究日益增多，服务种类繁多，服务内容丰富，服务主体多元。风 险评估、心理健康和疗养服务虽然研究较少，但是其在实际应用中也是十分重要的，这就提 示在后续的工作中要加紧理论研究，为政策制定提供科学依据。88816

Abstract Objective Summarize and analyze the connotation of "health management services", and summarize the categories of health management services。 Methods Follow the steps of system evaluation method, and search the database to get "health management service", "health management", "service" the number of records, after initial screening and secondary screening, literature can be pided into 17 kinds of service categories。 Result Eventually  included  in  the total of 1351  articles, which was followed more research category by the family doctor service, high blood pressure, diabetes health management。 The research content before  the  three categories of services is the service resources, health industry, and other chronic diseases management, pension services, the key population health management。 Other less important service category is health insurance, health education, health information technology, personnel training, medical services, services of traditional Chinese medicine。 Conclusion The  focus of the "health management services" study is on the health management of hypertension and diabetes, provided by the family physician team。 In recent years, there have been more and more studies, various kinds of service, rich service content, and multivariate service。 Risk assessment, mental health ,and rehabilitation of services research is less, but it’s also very important in the practical application, this suggests that in the subsequent to intensify the work of theoretical  research,  which  will   provide  a scientific   basis  for policy making。
