摘要:目的:研究白及种子育苗的适宜培养条件。方法:分别以草炭土︰珍珠岩(1︰1)、蛭石、水苔及林下土为栽培基质,进行直播育苗和液体培养后播种育苗,生长期间喷施改良Hoagland’s营养液及多菌灵、GA等添加剂,考察不同培养条件、不同播种方式、不同管理方式对白及萌发生长的影响。结果:白及种子育苗的适宜培养条件为:先于1/2MS液体培养基培养萌发后再播种于草炭土︰珍珠岩(1︰1)中,定期喷施改良Hoagland’s营养液,光周期12 h/d,在该培养条件下50 d后白及种子萌发率可达80%;白及幼苗喷施GA,可有效促进白及幼苗的伸高伸长。结论:1/2MS液体培养基可促进白及萌发,GA可促进白及幼苗伸长。29696

Study on Sowing Technology of Bletilla striata
Abstract:Objective: To explore the suitable conditions for the germination of Bletilla striata seeds. Methods: the turfy soil and perlite are mixed with the proportion of 1︰1, vermiculite, sphagna and the forest soil are the cultivation medium. The B.striata seeds are directly sowed in these soil or sowed in these soil after germination in liquid. They will be watering during with the modified Hoagland nutrient solution and Carbendazim or GA. All these will help us find the effect of different culture method, planting modes and management on the growth of the seeds. Results: the optimum culture conditions for the germination of seeds is sowing these seeds in the soil after germination in 1 / 2MS liquid medium. Using the soil which is mixed with turfy soil and perlite is the best one. After seeding, we will regular water the seeds with the modified Hoagland nutrient solution. The photoperiod is 10~12 h/d. After 50d, the seed germination rate can reach about 80%.The seedling can effectively be much higher and the leaves can be much bigger after use GA. Conclusion: 1 / 2MS liquid culture medium can promote the germination of seed, and GA can promote the growth of seedling.
