    摘要：系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）是一种难以根治的、致死率较高的严重的自身免疫病，患者的免疫调节功能都严重失调。目前治疗SLE的药物都有很大的副作用，寻找新的替代药，十分有意义。柴胡是我国传统中药，并且有抗炎和免疫调节作用。观察柴胡提取物对红斑狼疮自发模型MRL/lpr小鼠的肾保护作用。以BAL b/c小鼠为正常组，MRL/lpr小鼠随机分为5组：MRL/lpr模型对照组、柴胡提取物60mg•kg-1、30mg•kg-1、15mg•kg-1组以及泼尼松5mg•kg-1组。药物对小鼠的肾保护作用，通过ELISA测定尿白蛋白、免疫组化检测IgG、C3d情况来反映。与模型组相比，柴胡提取物给药组的尿白蛋白水平降低，肾沉积的IgG也显著减少，改善了肾病理损伤。柴胡提取物对狼疮综合征小鼠具有肾保护作用。37085

     Studies on renal protective effects of Bupleurum extract on lupus mice
    Abstract: systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a severe autoimmune disease, which is difficult to cure and higher mortality rate, patients all have severe immune dysfunction. Currently SLE medications have significant side effects, so looking for new alternative medicine is very meaningful. Bupleurum is a traditional Chinese medicine, and has anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects. In the present study, we investigate the protective effect of Bupleurum extract on spontaneous lupus MRL/lpr mice model. Mice were randomly pided into normal (BAL b/c mice), model control (MRL/lpr mice), Bupleurum extract treated (60 mg•kg-1, 30 mg•kg-1 and 15 mg•kg-1) groups and prednisone 5mg•kg−1 treated groups. Drug’s renal protective effects in mice is refected by urinary albumin which was measured by ELISA, and IgG and C3d which were measured by immunohistochemistry. The renal protective effects of Bupleurum extract on mice were refected. Compared with the model group, the levels of urinary albumin, kidney deposition of IgG of Bupleurum extract administration group are significantly lower. Bupleurum extract improved renal pathology injury. Bupleurum extract has a protective effect on lupus-prone syndrome mice.
