摘要保幼激素(JH)主要是通过结扎、器官切除和移植、生物测定等加以判断。JH是昆虫生长发育过程中的一个重要物质,包括开发,多态性,滞育调控的关键,生殖成熟的协调,和信息素的生产。因此,研究不同生理状态的昆虫产生量的结构的精确测定,是其关键作用的测定。1967年Roller等人用核磁共振,质谱(GC-MC)技术完成JH工分子结构鉴定,是现在分析应用于JH测定的重要方法。由于放射免疫和色谱分析技术的进步,保幼激素测定方法的也日趋成熟。JH测定主要有:放射化学法、高效液相色谱法、气相色谱一质谱法(GC-MC)、保幼激素结合蛋白法等。其中GC-MS—MS是目前公认的JH鉴定方法,测定精度和可信度高,是JH未知种类鉴定的唯一客观方法。但现有报道的GC-MS方法都是采用化学电离方法。37020
本论文采用三重四极杆串联质谱仪,选择多反应检测的扫描方法,将JH合成腺体咽侧体的体外培养与GC-MS-MS分析方法结合,建立了一套准确可靠的JH生物合成检测方法。该方法的建立将有助于JH生物合成抑制剂的生物活性测试。

Abstract
Juvenile hormone (JH) was determined by ligation, organ removal and transplantation and bioassay.. JH is an important substance in the process of insect growth and development, including the development, polymorphism, the key to the regulation of diapause, the coordination of reproductive maturity, and the production of pheromone. Therefore, the precise determination of the structure of the amount of insects produced by different physiological states is the key function of the determination of the amount of insects.. But the existing GC-MS method is a chemical ionization method.
In this paper, using a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer, scanning method of multiple reaction monitoring, JH synthesis glands pharyngeal side of in vitro culture and GC-MS-MS analysis method combined with, and established a set of accurate and reliable JH biosynthesis detection method. The establishment of this method will be helpful for the biological activity testing of JH biosynthesis inhibitors..
