摘要用组织分离法和纯培养方法从江苏师范大学泉山校区杜仲中分离内生菌,并对其进行保种以及菌株鉴定,了解药用植物杜仲内生菌的生物多样性。共分离纯化出内生菌89株,包括16株放线菌、39株真菌和34株细菌。并对34株细菌和16株放线菌的功能进行了初步研究,结果表明34株内生细菌均有抗甘薯长喙壳菌、茄腐镰刀菌的活性,16株放线菌中的2株放线菌(Eua-01-G3、Eua-02-J8)表现了较强的抑菌活性,经鉴定2株都属于链霉菌属。酶活实验测定表明34株内生细菌均有产酶活性,其中13株有4种产酶活性,11株有3种产酶活性,6株有2种产酶活性,而4株内生细菌仅有1种产酶活性。该研究为内生菌的应用提供了一定的理论依据。50710

Diversity of Endophytes Associated Eucommia Ulmoides and Their Bioactivities Against Pathogenic Fungi
Abstract
Using tissue separation and pure culture method to separate the endophytes associated Eucommia ulmoides from Jiangsu Normal University Quanshan campus and carrying on the storage and strain identification, we manage to study the biopersity of endophytes associated Eucommia ulmoides. In my study, 89 strains endophytes were successfully separated and purified, including 16 strains endophytic actinomycetes, 39 strains endophytic fungi and 34 strains endophytic bacteria. Then, the function of the above 34 strains bacteria and 16 strains actinomycetes was researched preliminarily. The results showed that 34 strains endophytic bacteria have resistance to Ceratocystis fimbriata and Fusarium solani, and two of the sixteen strains actinomycetes (Eua-01-G3, Eua-02-J8) showed strong antifungal activity, belonging to Streptomyces. Enzyme activity experiment showed that 34 strains endophytic bacteria all can produce active enzyme, of which 13 strains had 4 kinds of enzyme-producing activity, 11 strains had 3 kinds of enzyme-producing activity, 6 strains had 2 kinds of enzyme-producing activity, and the remaining 4 strains have only one kind of enzyme-producing activity. The research for the application of endophytes have provided the certain theory basis.
