摘要:目的:探讨高强度运动对大学生血糖浓度变化的影响。方法:发放调查问卷,选择符合条件的受试者20名,男女各10名,其中各有一半来自体育专业,一半来自普通专业。运动项目为400米的快速跑步,速度约为5m/s。血糖测试的内容为采用血糖仪对20名受试者的运动前安静时血糖浓度、运动后即刻血糖浓度、运动后恢复期(运动后30min)血糖浓度进行测定。结果:普通专业大学生高强度运动后即刻血糖浓度显著高于运动前安静时血糖浓度(P<0.01),运动后恢复期血糖浓度与运动前安静时血糖浓度无显著性差异;体育专业大学生高强度运动后即刻血糖浓度显著低于运动前安静时血糖浓度(P<0.01),运动后恢复期血糖浓度与运动前安静时血糖浓度无显著性差异, 运动后血糖浓度呈恢复趋势。结论:不同训练水平影响定量负荷后血糖水平的变化。52216

Abstract: Objective: to explore high intensity exercise influence on their blood sugar levels. Methods: we issued questionnaires, select eligible subjects were 20, the 10 men and women,each half of them are from professional sports, half rom ordinary professional. Sports for 400 meters running fast, and speed of about 5 m/s.The content of the blood glucose test for Using glucose meter movement in 20 subjects before the quiet when blood sugar levels, immediately after exercise, blood sugar concentration, recovery after exercise (exercise after 30 min) blood sugar concentrations were determined. Results: ordinary college students immediately after high intensity exercise blood sugar concentration is significantly higher than before exercise quiet when blood sugar levels (P < 0.01) , sports convalescence after blood sugar levels and blood glucose levels in before exercise quiet when there was no significant difference; professional sports college immediately after high intensity exercise blood sugar concentration significantly below before exercise quiet when blood sugar levels (P < 0.01), sports convalescence after blood sugar levels and blood glucose levels in before exercise quiet when there was no significant difference,blood sugar levels showed a trend of recovery after exercise. Conclusion: different training levels affect blood sugar levels after quantitative load changes.
