摘要:优化丹参中隐丹参酮 及丹参酮Ⅱ A 2种活性成分的超声提取工艺。方法:以丹参酮ⅡA 与隐丹参酮提取量为指标,采用响应面分析法考察液料比、提取时间、乙醇体积分数、超声功率对丹参提取效率、DPPH清除率的影响,采用MODDE软件设计、优化最优提取工艺。利用 HPLC 测定指标成分含量,流动相甲醇(A)~0. 2% 乙酸水(B)梯度洗脱(0 ~10 min,78% A;10~ 530min,78% ~ 85% A;30 ~ 35 min,85% A),检测波长268nm,柱温:20℃,流速:0.8ml/min,进样量:10μl。结果:最佳超声提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数 74%,超声功率 600W,液料比 1:5,提取时间 5min;隐丹参酮与丹参酮Ⅱ A 的提取量分别为0.140%,0. 192%,与2010 年版《中国药典》中加热回流法相比,活性成分提取量高于药典要求。结论:该超声提取工艺具有提取时间短、低毒、无污染等优点。70176

Application of Response Surface Analysis Method in Extraction Process of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Abstract: Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction Technology of Two Kinds of Active Ingredients of Cryptotanshinone and Tanshinone Ⅱ A in Salvia Miltiorrhiza.
