摘要:随着含氟化合物在医药、材料、农药等领域广泛的应用,工业界及学术界对含氟有机化合物需求日益增加,所以发展新型的含氟有机化合物就更为迫切了;偕二氟亚甲基化合物是新药设计地比较热门的结构之一。本文总结了国内外学者,在使用不同研究方法下进行偕二氟亚甲基化合物的合成;以及通过文献资料学习了解了多组分反应的发展历程,为本课题的开展做铺垫。本课题中主要是在最优化的条件下,用不同基团取代的α,α,α-碘二氟苯乙酮与苯乙炔、苯硼酸进行三组分一锅法应,研究不同取代基对反应结果的影响,总结规律。 76132

本论文的第二章中,用5个不同取代基取代α,α,α-碘二氟苯乙酮,与苯乙炔、苯硼酸反应,在筛选出了最优的反应条件的前提下进行反应,即用Pd(PPh3)4,K3PO4做催化剂,溶剂选用甲苯,在氮气保护下60oC反应12小时,以良好的产率合成五个含二氟亚甲基化合物,并用核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、氟谱、质谱进行了结构验证。

Three-component Reaction of 

α, α,α-Iodobenzoacetophenone Analogues with Phenylene Acetylene and Benzene Boronic Acid

Abstract: With the wide range of applications of fluorochemicals in the fields of medicine, materials and pesticides, the demand for fluorine-containing organic compounds is increasing in industry and academia。 Therefore, it is more urgent to develop new fluorine-containing organic compounds。 The base compound is one of the most popular designs of the new drug design。 This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars, also to learn about different  research methods under the gem-difluoromethylidene compounds synthesis and the development of multi-component reaction process through the literature。 In this paper, the three-component reaction called one-pot method of α,α, α-iodo-difluoroacetophenone and phenylacetylene and phenylboronic acid substituted with different groups are mainly under the optimized conditions。 We will summarize the results of the reaction and the rules。 

In the second chapter of this thesis,the reaction of α,α, α-iodo-difluoroacetophenone with phenylacetylene and phenylboronic acid was carried out with 5 different substituents。 The reaction was carried out under the condition that the optimum reaction conditions were selected (Pdh3)4, K3PO4 as catalyst and solvent, toluene was reacted at 60℃ for 12 hours under nitrogen protection。 Five difluoromethylene compounds were synthesized in good yield and characterized by NMR, , The fluoro spectrum was verified。
