摘 要:本研究大学生为对象采用问卷法来考察男女大学生在情绪调节方式上的差异。研究结果发现:(1)大学生正情绪中快乐调节量最多,负情绪中,悲伤的调节量最多、厌恶的调节量最少,总体来说,正情绪调节量比负情绪调节量大。(2)大学生在感受正情绪时,存在较多的重视调节,在他们感受负情绪时,则存在较多忽视和抑制调节。(3)正情绪感受上,忽视、重视和宣泄存在着显著的性别差异;在负情绪感受上,只有负忽视存在显著性别差异,其他方式的差异性并不明显。(4)正反应调节(抑制、宣泄)和负原因调节(忽视、重视)有显著的性别差异,而正原因调节和负反应调节的性别差异不显著。(5)正增强调节和正减弱调节存在显著性差异,而针对负情绪的负增强调节和负减弱调节不存在显著性差异。78167

Abstract :This study in Huaiyin Normal University chose 198 college students as the object of the questionnaire method to examine male and female college students of the differences in emotion regulation way。Through the research ,we can have some findings。First,college students are in the mood to adjust the maximum amount of happiness,and in negative mood ,the regulation of sadness is the largest,the regulation of aversion is the minimum。Generally speaking,the regulation of happiness is larger than the regulation of sadness。Second,when college students are in positive emotions,they are more attention to adjust。When they feel negative emotions,they may more have the regulation of ignore and inhibiton。Third,in postive emotion ,there are significant gender differences existing in the emotions of ignore,attention and catharsis。In the negative emotion,only negative ignore exist significant gender differences,and the differences of other ways are not obvious。Fourth,there are significant gender differences existing in positive response regulation such as inhibition and catharsis and the cause of negative mood regulation such as ignore and attention。Further ,positive emotionnal reaction to adjust the gender differences were not significant。Fifth,there are significant differences existing in positive emotion regulation and negative motion regulation。While in negative enhanced regulation ,negative to the negative emotions to the regulation does not exist significant differences。
