摘要桑黄是一种寄生于腐烂桑树上的多年生真菌。大量科学研究发现桑黄具有调节免 疫功能,从而达到抑制肿瘤细胞生长的作用,其抗癌率高达 96。7%,是目前世界上公 认的抗肿瘤效果最佳的真菌。为探索仿生桑黄水提物的体外抗肿瘤活性,本实验对比 研究了仿生与野生桑黄体外抗肿瘤效果,实验千岛湖野生桑黄 O 和仿生桑黄 J 为原 材料,对比研究了野生桑黄和仿生桑黄水提物对小鼠肾上腺嗜铬细胞 PC12 及肝癌细 胞 HGC、胰腺癌细胞株 Patu8988、胰腺癌细胞株 SW1990 和胃癌细胞 A549 这四种 肿瘤细胞生长的影响。结果表明:野生桑黄 O 和仿生桑黄 J 水提物中的多糖对各肿 瘤细胞的生长均有一定的抑制作用,其中对肿瘤细胞 1990 的抑制效果最明显,仿生 桑黄抑制率高达 70%,野生桑黄抑制率为 40%。并且在一定浓度范围内,抑制率随 溶液浓度增加而提高。但是对正常小鼠肾上腺嗜铬 PC12 的生长基本无影响,细胞形 态未发生显著改变,两种桑黄的抑制率均接近于 0。本研究表明桑黄水提物能够有效 抑制癌细胞的增殖而对正常的细胞基本无影响,且仿生桑黄对肿瘤细胞的抑制效果优 于野生桑黄,仿生桑黄可以替代野生桑黄。抑制效果与桑黄多糖浓度呈现出显著的正 相关的趋势,为桑黄的进一步开发利用提供了理论依据。80729
