摘要船舱进行洗舱是船更换装载货物以及船舶维持其它运作的一个必要步骤。它主要是为了货仓在装载新货物的时候,保证新货物不被污染。洗舱可大致分为:自动洗舱和人工洗舱。人工洗舱通常会携带手携式洗舱机进入舱室进行洗舱,但是常常会出现清洗不干净、部分污渍无法清除以及高处无法清洗等问题。从而,船舶自动洗舱在船舶系统中显得尤为重要。
货仓清洗系统是船舶系统的一个重要组成部分,它的出现可以大大缩短洗舱的难度以及提高洗舱作业的效率。通过实验,对洗舱机理、洗舱组成和洗舱程序进行广泛地研究,建立合理高效的船舶洗舱系统显得十分有意义。84470
目前,洗舱系统正在逐步发展,其中由荷兰的一个埃·尼韦博士实验室提出的一系列最佳的洗舱组合,得到了国际航运界的推崇。当一个洗舱系统组合提出的时候,就有需要来通过实验来验证它的合理性。因此,建立数字化的仿真程序很有必要。
本文首先从洗舱系统的组成、工作原理、管路及阀件的选择,分析洗舱系统的结构特点、工作状况以及作业要求,从而建立一个合理的洗舱系统原理图。通过对各项的计算,建立洗舱系统的数学模型,并通过MATLAB/Simulink建立仿真模块,同时验证该系统的可信性。最后,利用WebAcess建立可视化的监控界面,反应系统各项参数的变化。

Abstract Tank washing is a necessary step to maintain other operations of ship when the ship is loading its cargo。 Its mainly total is to guarantee new goods are not to be contaminated when ship loads it’s new cargo。 Tank washing can be roughly pided into Automatic washing and manual washing。 Manual washing usually carry portable washing machine into the cabin。 However, we always face some problems in this process,such as being not enough clean, some stains can not be cleared and it’s too high to be cleared and so on。 Thus, it is seemly more important in ship automatic washing system。
Tank cleaning system is an important part of the ship's systems。 Its appearance can greatly reduce the difficulty of the tank washing and improve the efficience of tank washing operations。 Through lots of experiments, we can do extensive researches of the mechanism of tank washing systems and the washing procedures。 So,establishing a rational and efficient ship tank cleaning system is very meaningful to shipbuilding industry。
Currently,tank washing systems is developing and improving gradually。 A series of best washing combination of tank washing systems which a Dutch doctor proposed to has get widely respect of international shipping industry。
In this paper,we establish a reasonable washing system schematic according to the composition of washing system,the select of pipes and valves and the analysis of the structural characteristics of tank washing systems,working conditions and operation requirements。 Through the calculation, set the mathematical model washing systems and establish simulation module by MATLAB / Simulink。 In the same time, verifying the credibility of the system。 Finally, use WebAccess to establish visual monitoring interface and show the changing parameters of the system。
