本论文对现有电加热干衣机的系统原理,以及干衣过程进行了一定程度的分 析,表述了现有电加热式干衣机其存在的不足之处。借此引出拥有高效节能与环 保两大优势的热泵式干衣机。热泵式干衣机在国内外科研人员的开发研究下,已 出现了多种类型的热泵式干衣机,论文分析了基于不同原理的热泵式干衣机各自 的特点,并分别进行了系统介绍,工作原理的说明,以及工作过程的详细分析。
在对系统进行分析后,介绍了几种热泵式干衣机的控制方法,进行参照对比。 指出其控制系统的研发还有发展与改进的空间。本论文的目的就在于,了解热泵 式干衣机的工作原理及系统,以及研究热泵式干衣机的控制参数与控制方法。发 现现有的控制方法中的优点与不足。并借此设计一套热泵式干衣机的测控系统, 以及其中的控制逻辑与控制策略。通过对热泵式干衣机控制方法的研究,能够了 解如今所学知识在实际工程中的应用,并通过实际应用加深对专业知识的理解。
