摘要在数控机床高速发展的今天,对数控机床关键部件滚珠丝杠副各项性能的研究也不断深入。动刚度作为一项衡量结构抵抗预定动态激扰能力的特性的指标,可以用来衡量滚珠丝杠副的抗振性和稳定性,测量滚珠丝杠副的动刚度具有重要的意义。
在滚珠丝杠副动刚度测量的方案制定中,根据动刚度的测量原理,结合滚珠丝杠副的特性,确定激振方式为激振器激振,选择激振器弹性固定的方式,设计被测试件为柔性悬挂的安装方式,选择传感器的类型、数目和排布方式。
在动刚度测量试验台的设计过程时,根据测量方案中零部件安装方式和被测滚珠丝杠副移动要求,选择电机带动丝杠传动实现上下移动,利用导轨滑块结构实现左右移动,并设计相应的支撑组件、传动组件、激振组件,测量组件和数据处理模块。20756
本文设计的滚珠丝杠副动刚度测量方案和设计的相应试验台对研究测量滚珠丝杠副的动刚度具有借鉴意义。

Title : Measurement scheme and test rig design for dynamic stiffness of the ball screw .
Abstract
In the rapid development of numerical control machine tools today, the researches on the ball screw performance are going on deeply ,which is the key components of NC machine tools. As a measure against a predetermined structure dynamic excitation capacity index, dynamic stiffness can be used to measure the vibration and stability of ball screw, measuring dynamic stiffness of ball screw has important significance.
When designing the measurement scheme for dynamic stiffness of ball screw, according to the measurement principle of stiffness, combined with the characteristics of ball screw, we determined the excitation method for the vibration exciter, chosed the mode vibration elastic fixed, designed the piece to be tested for the installation of flexible suspension,chosed the shock sensor type, number and arrangement.
In the designing process of dynamic stiffness test rig, according to the spare parts’ installation method in measurement program and the measured ball screw’s moving requirement,we selected the motor to drive the screw moving up and down, used the guide structure to realize moving around, and designed the corresponding support assembly, transmission assembly, vibration components, measurement module and data processing module.
In this paper, the measurement scheme and test rig design we made for dynamic stiffness of the ball screw has reference significance for the researches on measureing dynamic stiffness of ball screw.
