摘要:当今世界各国都意识到不可再生能源的使用过多导致它对环境的污染变得越来越重,因此世界各国越来越重视对可再生新型能源的开发和利用,风能作为可再生清洁能源的一种由于其分布范围广,利用方便等优点在众多新型能源中脱颖而出,受到很多专家学者的重视,因此大量的学者将目光放在风力发电技术的创新和改进上面。变频恒速异步发电机由于其变速范围宽,适应风力变化能力强等优点在近几年得到了迅速的发展。
软并网控制技术是风力发电机组中重要的控制技术,尤其是近几年来风电机组的容量在日益增大,所以减小或者消除异步风力发电机并网的时候产生的冲击电流从而减小对电网造成的损伤变得越来越重要。本文首先先列出了国内外风力发展的现状,之后系统的讲述了风力机和异步电机的运行原理,阐述了风力机运行中的最大风能追踪原理。结合前文运用MATLAB/simulink模块分别对异步风力发电机发出电的直接并
网进行仿真分析,之后得出软并网所需要完成的任务并对软并网技术进行仿真分析,
最后在这基础上完成了可控硅移相触发控制电路的硬件方案的设计。

Abstract:Nowadays, all countries in the world are aware of the excessive use of non renewable energy sources, which makes the pollution of the environment more and more serious. Therefore, more and more countries around the world attach importance to the development and utilization of renewable new energy sources. Wind energy, as a kind of renewable clean energy, has attracted much attention from many experts and scholars because of its wide range of distribution and convenient utilization. Therefore, a large number of scholars are focusing on the innovation and improvement of wind power generation technology. Variable frequency constant speed induction generator has developed rapidly in recent years due to its wide range of speed change and strong adaptability to wind change.
Gridconnection control technology is an important control technology of wind turbine, especially in recent years, wind turbine capacity is increasing. So it is more and more important to reduce or eliminate the impact current generated by the asynchronous wind generator when it is connected to the grid, thus reducing the damage to the power grid. This paper first describes the current situation of wind power development at home and abroad, then systematically describes the operation of wind turbines and induction motors, and expounds the principle of maximum wind energy tracking in the operation of wind turbines. Combined with the former, the MATLAB/simulink module is used to simulate the direct grid connection of asynchronous wind generator. After that, the task of soft grid connection is obtained, and the soft grid technology is simulated and analyzed.Finally, the hardware design of SCR phase shift trigger control circuit is completed
