摘要:激光器在工作过程中会受到环境温度的变动,机械的振动、磁场效应等的影响,以及自身因素的影响,输出激光的频率会经常随时间变动。而在许多应用中,例如精密干涉测量,光频标,激光通信,激光陀螺等领域,要求激光输出频率具有高稳定性。所以对激光器的稳频技术的研究是很重要的。39803
本论文第一章节首先介绍了国内外对半导体激光器稳频技术的研究进展;接着说明了研究稳频技术的意义。第二章则介绍了半导体激光器的发展与构造。第三章首先说明了半导体激光器产生激光的条件和工作机理、分类用途。第四章节则是本篇论文的重点,详细地分析了影响激光器频率稳定的各种因素;主要对主动稳频技术范畴内的一些激光稳频技术做了分析。第五章则根据国内外关于主动稳频技术的研究报道,将其优缺点进行比较分析总结。并且通过查阅文献,最后提出了一种刚刚开始研究的方法:偏频锁定技术法,但是目前来说,此方法并不成熟,有待人们对其下一步的研究和改善。

Semiconductor laser frequency stabilization technology and mechanism research
Abstract: The output frequency of lasers can be disturbed by working temperature fluctuation, mechanical vibration, magnetic field effect and other effects; it also can be changed by the influence of its own factors. In many applications, such as precision interferometry, optical frequency standard, laser communications, laser gyro and other fields, high stability of laser output frequency is required. So it is meaningful to study the laser frequency stabilization.
In this paper, the research progress of the stability frequency technology for the semiconductor laser is firstly introduced in chapter 1, and the significance of the study is also presented. The second chapter introduces the development history of semiconductor lasers. In the third chapter, the conditions and working mechanism of semiconductor lasers are explained, and the classification application is described. The fourth chapter is the focus of this thesis, detailed analysis of the various factors that influence the frequency stability of the laser; mainly on active steady frequency technology within the scope of some laser frequency stabilization technology are analyzed. The fifth chapter according to the domestic and foreign about the active frequency stabilization technology research report, the advantages and disadvantages of comparative analysis, and through the review of the literature. Finally, it puts forward a way to begin the study about offset frequency locking technique.
