    摘要随着电力电子技术发展和电力市场的开放,电能的质量问题引起广泛关注。因为各种非线性负载的普及,谐波导致的电网污染越来越严峻。因此,谐波抑制技术己经成为国内外关注的题目。
        本文先对国内外谐波的问题及现状进行了表述,介绍了谐波的定义、分类、电力系统谐波标准和抑制方法。阐述了谐波源的基本概念和非线性负荷谐波源的由来,并且对典型的非线性谐波源进行分析。此外,论文还介绍了电子式电能表结构和原理,分析了误差产生的原因。并利用MATLAB软件中的SIMULINK仿真环境建立模型,仿真验证了谐波对电能计量产生的影响。阐述了电网中普遍存在谐波以及谐波的危害,因此说明研究谐波对电能计量影响的重大意义。46271
        运用MATLAB/SIMULINK工具,仿真10kV三相半波整流器负载的谐波电能和谐波指标。将仿真结果和理论上分析的结论进行对比,验证了谐波功率对电能计量有很大影响。

    ABSTRACT  With the opening up of the power electronic technology development and the electric power market, power quality problems caused wide public concern. Because of the popularity of various nonlinear load, the harmonic power grid pollution caused by more and more serious. Therefore, the harmonic suppression technology already became the topic of attention at home and abroad.
      This article first on the harmonic problems at home and abroad and the present situation, this paper introduces the definition, classification, harmonic, power system harmonic standards and methods. This paper expounds the basic concept of harmonic sources and the origin of the nonlinear load harmonic source, and analyzes the typical nonlinear harmonic source. In addition, the paper also introduces the structure and principle of electronic watt-hour meter, analyses the cause of error. And SIMULINK environment of MATLAB software is used to establish model, the simulation verify the influence of harmonics on electric energy metering. Expounded the harm of harmonic and harmonic in power grid, so that research the influence of harmonics on electric energy metering.
      Using MATLAB/SIMULINK tool, the simulation of 10 kv three-phase half-wave rectifier load harmonic and harmonic of electric power. The simulation results were compared with the conclusion of theoretical analysis, verified the harmonic power has a great influence on the electric energy metering.
