摘 要当今,随着科学技术及工业技术的不断发展,人们对 Android 操作系统的研究与开发实现多元化,并应用于各个领域。尤其在工业领域,Android 系统被引入开发人机界面应用软件的领域,使其作为上位机,实现数据的输入和显示,与下位机对接实现数据通讯。该方案能有效的解决传统控制系统中实现监控等作用的上位机软件只能运行于 PC 机端的局限性。温度的检测与控制是工业生产过程中比较典型的应用之一,温度控制的原理是将检测到的温度与设定的温度进行比较,经运算后输出控制信号给温度采集控制设备,以实现对温度的控制。然而,要想实现对温度的采集和控制又离不开单片机、温度传感器、显示器等一系列硬件电路中所必须的元件。本文设计了一种基于 AT89C51单片机的温度检测及报警系统, 此系统是利用单总线式数字温度传感器来实现对温度的监测与控制的。实现对温度控制的自动化有利于人们提高工作效率和产品的生产质量。在本论文中给出了我对此系统的硬件原理设计以及电路设计, 也给出了程序设计的整体思路与具体的实现。经实验测试表明,该系统测量精度高、抗干扰能力强、报警及时准确,具有一定的参考价值。所以本设计以 AT89C51单片机为基础的下位机, 结合以 Android平板为显示和数据输入的上位机,设计温度控制系统。其一定会有着积极的现实意义和广泛的应用前景。58574 毕业论文关键词:数字温度传感器;AT89C51 单片机;温控;安卓软件;蓝牙
Abstract Now,with the continuous development of science and technology, research anddevelopment people on the Android system is also used in various fields. Especially in theindustrial field, Android system has been developed into the field of human-machineinterface applications, to act as a host computer, data input and display, butt and lowercomputer data communication. The program can effectively solve the traditional controlsystem to achieve the monitoring role of the PC software only runs on PC-side limitations.Temperature measurement and control is one of the industrial production process of atypical application of the principle, temperature control is the temperature and set thetemperature detected by comparing the output control signal after operation to adjust thetemperature control device, in order to achieve a temperature control. However, to achievethe temperature acquisition and control and inseparable from the single chipmicrocomputer, the required temperature sensor, display, and so on a series of hardwarecircuit components. In this paper, the design of the a based on AT89C51 temperaturedetection and alarm system. This system is using the single bus digital temperature sensorto realize the temperature monitoring and control. Implementation of automatictemperature control is conducive to people to improve work efficiency and product qualityof production. In this paper gives me this system hardware design and circuit design arealso given for the program design of the overall thinking and concrete implementation. Theexperiments show that, the system test High precision, strong anti-interference ability,timely and accurate alarm, with a certain reference value.So the design is based on AT89C51 to the next crew, combined with Android tabletdisplay and data entry PC, temperature control system design. It is bound to have a positivepractical significance and broad application prospects.
