摘要在快速发展的现代化进程中，交通拥堵和安全问题日益成为影响城市发展的主要障碍。其中，高速铁路做为一种先进的快速、运输效率高的新型客运工具，它从线路的建设到开始运营一直都受到广大人民的关注。高铁是移动的空中列车，在以速度换取效率的同时，绝对不能以付出安全为代价。所以，我们需要不断强化与完善铁路建设，使得铁路在发挥其独特作用的同时能够安全高效的运行。61476

本文首先从人员、设备、环境、管理等方面对影响高速铁路运行安全问题进行分析并提出合理化的建议。然后运用层次分析法建立了高速铁路安全评价模型，并并给出了相应的实例分析。分析结果表明，该方法能客观的反应出铁路运行安全的水平，具有一定的参考价值。

Title  The comprehensive evaluation of high-speed rail safety operation management                    

Abstract In the process of rapid development of modernization. Traffic congestion and safety issues increasingly affect the main obstacle to urban development.
