摘要本论文以某电动源发射装置为研究对象,围绕一种新型电动源发射装置开展研究,进行了总体方案设计以及主要零部件的结构设计,并在此基础上进行了三维建模。
本文首先简要介绍了国内外反恐防暴武器的研究现状以及发展趋势,并对现有的发射技术进行了分析,在此基础上提出了某电动源发射装置的工作原理及总体方案。根据总体方案及相应的技术要求,进行了压强的计算,根据计算的结果对机械传动部分进行了详细设计,并对其中的各个零部件进行了必要的分析、计算和选型。对其他的主要零部件进行了详细的结构设计。之后,还针对该发射装置设计了夹持装置。最后利用SolidWorks建立了三维实体模型及部分二维图纸的绘制。63249

Title Design of a Launcher with Electric Source
Abstract This thesis takes a new type of launcher with electric source as research object. The overall design and the structural design of main components have been conducted. And based on the above work, the three-dimensional solid model was built by Solidworks software.
On the basis of brief introduction of the research status of the anti—riot weapons home and abroad and their development trends, as well as the analysis of the existing launch technologies, an overall scheme and the working principle of the electric launcher was proposed. According to the overall scheme, mechanical transmission parts were designed in detail, and the necessary analysis, calculation and type selection were taken according to the corresponding requirements. The main parts were also designed in detail. After that, a clamping device was designed specially for this launcher. Finally, by using the Solidworks software, the three-dimensional solid model was built, and some two-dimensional engineering drawings of the launcher were carried out.
