摘要性能优良的塑料制品的生产, 不但要正确使用原料, 加工设备及工艺参数的选用也非常关键。挤出机料筒及机头各段温度的精确控制对提高挤出机产量的稳定性及保证产品性能有积极的意义。
本文首先介绍了挤出机的系统组成、发展现状与趋势、温度控制原理及温度控制工艺要求;在此基础上,给出了基于WINCC组态软件的监控系统的实现过程,进行上位机监控;并针对温度控制时滞、惯性大等特点,设计了PID控制器,进行了仿真验证;然后给出了基于西门子PLC300的硬件系统选型,I/O接口的定义和PLC编程,实现了对挤出机温度监控系统温度的控制,从而达到了课题的研究目的。63247

Title Design and Development of the Temperature Monitoring System of the Plastic Film Extruder
Abstract The production of plastic products with good performance, needs not only correct use of raw materials, but also proper selection of processing equipment and process parameters. The accurate control of temperature of Extruder barrel and head paragraphs has positive significance to improve the output stability and to ensure good product performance.
Firstly, the system composition of extruder, development status and trends, principle of temperature control and temperature control process requirement are introduced in this paper. On this basis, the monitoring system process based on Siemens WINCC configuration software is established to complete the upper computer monitoring. According to temperature control with time-delay and large inertia characteristics, the PID controller is designed and simulation verification result shows that control effect can meet the need of the temperature control system designed.
Lastly, the hardware system selection, I/O interface definition and PLC programming based on Siemens PLC300 are given, temperature of Extruder temperature monitoring system based on the WINCC is developed.
