摘要近些年来,随着工业、交通以及航空航天领域的技术发展,控制系统中常常需要进行位置测量。特别是随着电动汽车成为将来汽车行业发展的趋势,高精度、高稳定的位置检测和解码电路将会得到越来越多的重视和更为广泛的应用。65320
旋转变压器和光电码盘都是常用的测量工具,但光电码盘的检测精度和可靠性易受环境状况的影响,而旋转变压器不存在此类问题,且在同等精度下的成本更低。本文根据旋转编码器的工作原理,利用模拟信号电路产生旋转变压器所需的信号,该信号经相敏检波滤波等处理电路后产生角度信号,通过A/D转换将角度信号转变为数字信号送入单片机,最终经过解算将角度值显示在LCD上。

Title The Decoding Software Design of Resolver
Abstract
In recent years, with the industrial, transportation and aerospace technology development, control systems often need for position measurements. Especially with the electric cars become the development trend of the automotive industry in the future, high-precision, high stability position detection and decoding circuitry will get more and more attention and more widely used.
Rotary transformer and optical encoder are commonly used measurement tools, but photoelectric encoder vulnerability detection accuracy and reliability of the impact of environmental conditions, while the rotary transformer there is no such problem, and at a lower cost under the same accuracy. Based on the working principle of the rotary encoder, using the analog signal circuit generates the necessary rotary transformer excitation signal, the resolver signal by the phase-sensitive detector after filtering, an angular signal processing circuit, the AD conversion by the angle signal into a digital signal into microcontroller, eventually after solving the angle value is displayed on the LCD.
