摘要众所周知,电机的出现为人类工业文明带来了崭新的变化,相比传统的内燃机,它具有无污染、低噪声、能量利用率高等优点。随着近年来环境问题的加重,人们开始注重环保问题,为响应这一潮流,以交流永磁同步电机为首的相关电机产品取得了巨大的发展,市场占有率逐年提高,当然交流永磁同步电机的驱动系统的研究和开发也成为了当今工业社会的热点。本论文结合实际需求,以该背景为前提,完成了交流同步电机的设计与实现。66785
论文结合设计任务书的要求,给出了总体的设计方案,通过导师的指点和查询资料等一系列准备工作之后,拟决定采用高性能DSP芯片TMS320F2812作为控制核心,着重进行对于控制电路的研究和设计。控制电路以DSP处理器为核心,主要负责对交流永磁同步电机控制信号进行一定的处理,实现与上位机的通讯等一些必要的功能。
论文首先对永磁交流同步电机的结构进行了介绍,然后分析了矢量控制的思想及控制策略。对硬件进行了简要的介绍,然后主要进行了针对软件方面的工作,在软件方面编写了主控制程序、中断程序,对一些关键的模块进行了关于原理以及工作流程的说明。

Title DSP-based AC synchronous motor controller design
Abstract
As we all know, the emergence of electrical motors has brought new energy to industry civilization. Compared with traditional motors, they have the advantage of low pollution, less noise and high efficiency of energy. With more and more environmental problems these years, people tend to pay more attention to environmental protection. For achieving this goal, products such as PMSMs are highly developed, so is the control theory of these motors. This paper finishes the design of the control system of PMSMs based on this background and according to practical needs.
Based on the tasks given by the tutor, an overall design of the system is given, and tms320f2812 is chosen as the DSP. The control panel is based on this DSP and carries on tasks such as computations or communications.
Firstly, this paper gives the introduction of the structure of PMSMs. Then, SVPWM control theory is analyzed. Hardware for a brief introduction , and then carried out mainly for software aspects of the work. The main control program and the interruption program are given in the software part and some key blocks of this area are introduced in this part.
