摘要当今社会,物件的表面粗糙度的体现是通过物件的表面光滑的程度来凸显的,而它的生成是一般物件在工业加工的时候,加工所用的刀具在其表面上留下的痕迹。现在成熟的数控加工硬件水平的高速的进展,对于软件部分的关注度越来越注重,从而对这个数控加工的自动化的功能特性有跟显著的提高,但是人们往往会忽视掉硬件部分依然重要并且同样需要的高要求。70409

论文介绍工业上加工物件有关表面粗糙度的些许知识,同样也捎带通过了解知道了Y型光纤传感器的相关原理以及工作特点等。考虑到物件粗糙度检测存在的不足,所以针对这方面的短板设计了本系统,通过51系列的单片机来作为整个系统的主核心部分,进行对数据的处理和对系统的控制,起到了至关重要的作用;还用到了 Y型光纤传感器作为信号的采集部分;然后用AD模块来进行数据的转换以及传输;最后采用LCD液晶显示器进行测量结果的一个显示。

本设计不仅能够监测精确度较高的加工物件表面粗糙度,而且兼具检测速度快、高自动化以及人机互动等显著特点。

Design of on line monitoring system of surface roughness

Considering the shortcomings of object roughness detecting the presence, so for the short board design this system, by 51 Series MCU as core of the main part of the whole system, the data processing and control of the system, plays a crucial role; also used to Y type optical fiber sensor as signal acquisition part; then with AD module to the data conversion and transmission; finally, the measurement results of a display of LCD.

    In addition to the design of the common use of the detector can be used to solve the short board, and both the detection speed, high automation and human-computer interaction, and more significant features.
