摘要:随着微电子技术和计算机技术的快速发展,各种类型的微控制器、数字信号处理器、以及其它嵌入式处理器在电动机保护领域得到了广泛的应用,加快了传统行业的优化级,各行业电动机的使用量不断增加,电动机的安全问题越来越引起人们的关注。以MSP430单片机为核心控制器设计了电动机保护单元,并配以液晶显示器等外围设备构成电动机保护系统。该保护装置具有较强的逻辑分析与处理功能,可实现性能完善且复杂的保护方式,还有故障记录与故障分析功能。本装置可以针对断相故障,接地故障,堵转故障,过载故障,短路故障给予及时的判断并作出快速的响应。本设计集合了电机综合保护器的基本保护功能,采用性价比高的微控制器,在硬件电路稳定的基础上以性价比为重点考虑研究,力求兼顾市场的购买力;软件上做了比较完整的保护功能,能满足在实际使用中的保护需求。71474
