摘要自动控制系统发展至今已经得到了广泛的应用和发展,而直流驱动控制作为电气传动的一个主要形式在现代化生产中起着举足轻重作用。其原因是直流电机具有的良好启动和调速性能,它具有宽广的调速范围,此外启动力矩大、转速容易控制,调速后效率高等特点。71692

     比例、微分、积分控制是工业生产中使用非常普遍的控制器。它们因为原理简单被学习起来容易,适应性好,控制效果好,稳定性强。所以,在工业生产过程中,这三种控制器占据了绝大部分。但是传统PID的控制参数一旦确定,在控制过程中就不可以改变,这影响了控制系统的性能,即适应性。

模糊控制是智能控制的一个举足轻重分支,经过多年的发展,模糊控制可以说是硕果累累。它因适用于非线性时变系统、及数学模型不确定的控制对象,而得到大力推广。但一个事物总有两面性,模糊控制也不例外,就拿消除系统稳态误差的性能方面来说,它就没有传统的PID好,这也造成了他难以达到较高的控制精度。而模糊控制与传统PID控制器的结合可以说是取长补短一次重要结合,用模糊算法根据误差及其变化率对传统控制器的参数进行改进,即参数自适应模糊PID控制器。就是利用模糊推理的方法根据误差即误差的变化率实现了对PID参数的实时整定,以改善系统的性能。控制器设计完成后利用MATLAB软件对控制器进行仿真并且改进,结果表明模糊算法推理与PID控制结合能够使系统达到满意的控制效果,通过这次设计对以后进一步应用研究具有较大的参考价值。

Optimization Algorithm and Controller Design of DC Motor Speed Control System

Abstract The development of the automatic control system has been widely used and developed, and the DC drive control as a main form of electric drive plays an important role in the modernization of production. The reason is that the DC motor has a good starting and speed performance, it has a wide range of speed regulation, in addition to the starting torque, speed is easy to control, high speed and high efficiency characteristics.

Proportional, differential and integral control is very common controllers in industrial production. Because their principles is simple, it is easy to learn. good adaptability, good control effect, and strong stability are also main reasons why PID are used widely. Therefore, in the process of industrial production, these three controllers occupy most of the controller. But once the control parameters of the traditional PID are determined, the control parameter can not be changed, which affects the performance of the control system, that is, the adaptability of the control system.

Fuzzy control is an important branch of intelligent control, after many years of development, fuzzy control can be said to be fruitful. Because it is suitable for nonlinear time varying systems, and the uncertain control objects of mathematical model, it has been vigorously promoted. But one thing always has two sides, fuzzy control is no exception, take to eliminating the system steady-state error performance example, it is not as good as traditional PID , this also caused him not to achieve high control accuracy.

Fuzzy control combining with traditional PID is an important trial, because they can absorb merit each other .using the fuzzy algorithm according to the error and its change rate to improve parameters of traditional controller,that is the parameter adaptive fuzzy PID controller that use fuzzy inference to change the parameters of traditional controller,so it can achieve optimum control.When the controller design is completed, MATLAB is used to test and improve the performance of the controller.
