摘要随着经济的快速增长以及科学技术的迅速发展,电缆供电已经逐渐成为最主要的供电方式,其中使用最多的是XLPE(交联聚乙烯)电力电缆。特别是在城市中,由于城市规划以及环保美观等一系列要求,XLPE电力电缆得到越来越多的应用。目前110kV等级的XLPE电缆线路越来越多的投入实际使用,使得电缆绝缘的维护和检修引起人们越来越多的关注。
本文首先论述了目前国内外关于电缆绝缘检测的几种技术方法,通过对这几种技术方法的分析和比较,选用直流分量法为电缆绝缘的测量方法。由于“整流效应”的存在,可以在电缆绝缘层检测到微弱的直流信号(nA级),并以此作为XLPE电力电缆的绝缘状况的评价依据。在此基础上,本文完成了绝缘测量的软、硬件部分设计。硬件部分主要包括信号的采集单元、滤波模块、放大模块以及A/D转换模块。软件部分的整体设计则以单片机为核心设备,并相应设置了滤波、显示等外围电路来实现对待测信号的测量、显示等功能。74071

Research of Cable insulation fault monitoring
Abstract With the rapid development of economy and technology, the cable has gradually become the main way of power supply, which used mostly were XLPE power cable。 Properties of 110 kV level voltage cable has been more and more put into practice, make the maintenance and overhaul of cable insulation caused people more attention。
The methods of the power cable insulation detection technology are talked about in this paper, based on the analysis and comparison of several technical methods advantages and disadvantages, finally dc component method is used as the method of measuring in this system。 As a result of the existence of "rectifying effect", which is properties of power cable insulation condition, the weak dc signal can be detected in the cable insulation (nA)。 On this basis, the corresponding software and hardware design have been completed in this article。 Signal acquisition module, filter module, amplifier module and A/D conversion module are included in the design of the hardware part 。 Software part of the overall design of the digital processor as the core equipment, and equipped with peripheral chip amplification, filtering, display, alarm and so on to bring the dc signal acquisition and display come true。
