摘要铁路信号设施在铁路运行中起着十分重要的作用,它能指挥列车行车,进而提高了铁路运输效率,保障了铁路安全行车,其中保证铁路信号设备的平稳运行是让其发挥作用的重要前提。要想指挥列车行车需要许多不同的信号设备,所以一旦出现故障,其原因也是多种多样的,因此铁路部门大多选用人工前去排查现场故障,但因为信号设备远在室外,所以故障设备有没有被信号工检修我们是没法考察的。现在,我国铁路设备维修仍然采用巡检人员在记录本上签名证明本人前去现场维修,之后有关部门组织领导督查的方式,这种方法容易被人钻空子——伪造签到记录因而出现漏检现象,而且这种方式记录的维修数据不容易被保留下来。因此设计一种智能化巡检系统,使人工巡检方式更加规范化。74907
本巡检系统是基于了射频识别技术(RFID,Radio Frequency Identifition)和单片机技术研究的。通过同一故障设备的检修时间间隔,从而排除漏查现象,有效保证劳工完成计划工作,准确记录检查数据。日后检修时,平日里的上传数据将提供宝贵资料,保证铁路信号设备的平稳工作,保障了铁路行车安全。
铁路巡检系统的组成包括射频巡检仪,巡检仪管理系统,设备信息射频卡。本论文首先充分分析了传统巡检系统的不足,提出一套优化方案——智能化巡检系统。
其中,研究要点是巡检仪的的硬件部分和软件部分,硬件部分主要介绍主控制芯片、FRID读写模块、USB通信模块、存储模块和时钟模块。选择用C语言进行各模块程序编写。
最后,考虑到管理系统需要方便易学,符合人性化设计,本设计简述巡检仪管理系统各模块。

Design of the Railway Signal Devices System
Abstract Railway signal equipment is the important infrastructures to organize the train operation command, to ensure the safety of railway traffic, to improve railway transport efficiency and labor conditions 。 It’s most important to ensure the stable operaion of the railway signal equipment。 Due to the varieties of the signal equipments and the cause of the malfunction is comlpex varied。 It need artificial check troubleshooting when have troubles。However, the signal equipment is outside, so It’s very difficult to confirm whether the railway signal equipment has been checked by the signal workers。 Now, the maintenance of China’s railway signal equipment still uses the way which need the workers to sign their own name the book, and the leaders to organization supervision。the method is easy to produce the phenomenon of cheating the testers, and historical data is not easy to be preserved。 In order to ensure the regular inspection of railway signal equipment and the fault signal equipment will not be missed。 In this paper, we study and design design a new type of intelligent railway signal inspection system。
In this paper ,we study and design a kind of intelligent railway signal inspection system by combing the RFID ( Radio Frequency Identifition) technology and single chip microcomputer technology。It can be know whether the railway signal equipment has been checked by testing the maintenance time of the same fault equipment。 Through this method can eliminate leakage phenomenon , effectively guarantee the workers finish the project work, accurate records check data,and provide reliable data for future maintenance, to ensure smooth running of railway signal equipment, which will ensure the safety of the railway traffic。
