摘要同步电机是一种常见的交流电机。它有着很多种用途,可以作为电动机使用,也可用作发电机或补偿机。这一种拖动系统具有效率高、调节方便、容量大、体积小、调节方便、耐压能力等优点,在各个恶劣环境中有着应用。无刷励磁同步发电机发电机的转子绕组采用交流励磁机以及旋转整流装置直接提供励磁电流,不使用电刷以及滑环,这样相互接触时就不会产生火花。无刷励磁方式的特点是没有滑环和碳刷,人工维护工作简单,具有更高的可靠性,能够长时间连续运行,在各种无人管理的电站中使用广泛;由于不需要使用旋转电刷输入励磁电流,因此也不会产生磨损,所以也特别适用于各种各样的恶劣环境条件下运行;因为该电机属于他励式同步发电机,也容易实现并联运行。与此同时,也使得电机的使用寿命得到了很大的提高,使这一励磁系统变得更加可靠同时维护起来成本也会降低。在大容量的发电的机组中无刷励磁系统是非常常用的励磁方式之一。外部励磁电源的稳定性有很好的保障。75581

本文以现如今电厂最常见的火电机组为模板,设计出了预期配套的无刷励磁系统,给出了这一系统的详细结构以及工作原理并进行了详细分析。选择合适的元件,以及设计出了配套的控制系统。
