摘要本文针对滚动功能部件的选型计算展开研究。首先对滚珠丝杠副和滚动直线导轨副选型算法进行了设计整理,针对关键选型参数滚珠丝杠副的额定动载荷和轴向刚度值提出了优化算法,该方法与现有选型软件中的算法相比较,计算结果更准确,更有实际意义;其次,使用C++语言开发了额定动载荷和轴向刚度计算校准软件,该软件验证了上述算法同时是对选型软件的有力补充;最后,分别使用调用3D模型和设计与3D模型显示软件的接口的方法对丝杠和导轨选型软件的3D显示功能进行了开发。课题开展过程中,大量扩展了现有的数据库,提高了软件的质量,扩大了选型的范围。76663

Title Development and Optimization of the Selection Software for Rolling Components
Abstract The direction of this paper is to do some research on the selection software for rolling components。First,process of the selection algorithm for ball screws and linear guides has been designed and studied,and an improved algorithm for rated dynamic load and stiffness which is more accurate and practical than the present algorithm has been proposed。Second,a calculation calibration software for rated dynamic load and stiffness is developed in C++ environment。This software can check the results and is also a powerful complement to the selection software。Finally,by invoking 3D models and creating an interface between selection software and 3D display software,3D display function for ball screws and linear guides has been developed。In the course of the project,the existing database has been expanded in order to improve the quality of the software and extend the scope of selection。
