摘要医学中静脉输液的治疗技术发源于公元16世纪,历经四百年的发展最终成为了最直接,最经常使用,最有效果的治疗技术之一。现在输液时间通常至少有两个小时,患者很容易打瞌睡,一旦患者没有及时呼叫护士更换药水,就非常容易因为“回血”现象而发生医疗事故,给患者带来痛苦甚是是危急他们的生命。因此,一个输液自动呼叫器是现在医疗技术所需要的。
本文设计了一款基于AT89C52单片机的输液自动呼叫器,用来检测药水的剩余量并报警。由于每位患者的药水瓶数量各不一样,所以此装置可以预先设置患者的药水瓶总数量。当患者因为不适有任何需要时,可以自己按下报警按钮,呼叫护士来获取帮助。当输液结束时,报警器可以自动鸣叫并且亮灯,从而提示医护者要急时处理,并且在医护者按下取消峰鸣按钮时,显示器上的药水瓶数量会自动减一,可以告知患者和医护者剩余的药水量。76876
此装置结构简单,体积较小,质量轻,体现了简约的理念。本次设计的成本低廉,符合了节约的原则,更重要的是它运用的红外无损探测方式,做到了不接触药液,保证了药液的卫生,让患者更安心。

The Automatic Infusion Pager
Abstract The infusion technology in medicine begins at 16th century AD, after 400 years of development, it became one of the most direct, frequently used and most effective treatment technology。 During the infusion process, since the patient is usually too weak, and the patient maybe fall into coma or sleep, and the nurse will be busy in other places。 When the infusion is over, if the nurse treat patient untimely, the patient's blood will flow into back because of the empty needle。 It will lead to medical malpractice and bring pain to patient。 So, the design of the automatic infusion pager can solve problems in the process of treatment effectively。
The design is based on SCM AT89C52。 It can monitor and warning in the process of treatment。 Every patient’s medicinal liquid quantity is different, so the equipment can set up the amount of patient’s medicinal liquid。 When the patient need help, he can press the button so that attract nurse’s attention。 When the infusion is over, the equipment can tweet and emit light by itself。 When the nurse press the button, the amount of vials will reduce one automatically。
This equipment is simple and light and the cost is also cheap。 The most important reason is it used of Leverage, so the equipment is safe and clean。 That makes patient more relieved。
