摘要伴随着经济和海上运输业的快速发展,海上溢油污染问题逐渐受到国内外的 重视。海面油污探测成为航海保障中海洋环境保护的重要一环,而对海面溢油扩 散行为的预测也为实现全天候、快速、准确的溢油检测和海上清污提供决策依据。78500
首先对比总结了海面溢油检测方法和海面溢油行为预测模型,建立了海上溢 油扩散预测综合模型。其次利用 MATLAB 对溢油区域图像进行阈值分割,检测溢 油位置和外形,并结合探测分辨率计算出油污面积。再次根据上述建立的海上溢 油扩散预测综合模型,通过 MATLAB GUI 设计了交互式界面,通过改变溢油品种、 环境影响因素和时间参数等条件,实现了溢油区域的预测模拟显示。最后利用 FPGA 硬件平台,编程实现偏振图像的采集和融合,硬件实现溢油检测。

Title The detection for oil spill on the sea based on the polarization images Abstract Along with the rapid development of economy and sea transportation, the pollution of oil spill is increasingly paid attention at home and abroad。 The detection for oil spill becomes an important link of the Marine environmental protection in voyage guarantee。 The prediction for oil spill diffusing behavior provides a basis for decision-making for the all-weather, rapid and accurate detection for oil spill on the sea。
In this paper, detection methods for oil spill on the sea and prediction models for oil spill behavior are summarized and compared firstly, and the prediction integrated model for oil spill diffusion on the sea is established。 Secondly, the threshold segmentation for oil spill area image is realized with MATLAB, the location and shape of oil spill is detected and the oil pollution area is calculated combined with detector resolution。 Thirdly, according to the prediction integrated model above, a interactive interface is designed through MATLAB GUI, and then the prediction analog display for oil spill area is realized by changing the oil varieties, environmental factors and time, etc。 At last, the polarization image acquisition and fusion are realized by programming through FPGA, and the oil spill detection is implemented with hardware。
