摘要供电稳定、可靠要求电网安全运行,而电力变压器作为电网安全防御系统的枢纽设 备,其状态检修对于电网安全运行十分关键。本文研究了基于集对分析的电力变压器状 态评估与故障诊断方法。首先从油色谱指标、电气试验指标和油化试验指标中选取相对 重要的指标,并建立电力变压器状态评估指标体系。接着,总结了电流回路故障、绝缘 受潮、绝缘老化、绝缘油劣化、电弧放电等 9 种常见的变压器故障类型,并且运用关联 规则的支持度,得到与各故障类型相关的指标。然后,引入关联规则的置信度以及变权 重理论,分别得到故障类型中各指标权重和状态评估中各故障类型权重。最后,运用集 对分析与置信度准则进行电力变压器状态评估与故障诊断。先判断变压器状态,状态异 常则判断故障类型。本文选取了三个实例,前两例分析结果正确,第三例错误,表明评 估方法仍需完善。78759

Title The Study on the Method of Transformer Condition Assessment Based on Set Pair Analysis Theory

Abstract Stable and reliable power supply requires power grid to operate safely。Power transformer is the key equipment of power grid defense system。Transformer condition maintenance is very important for the safe operation of the power grid。In this paper,the method of state evaluation and fault diagnosis of transformer based on set pair analysis is studied。Firstly,the relative important indexes are selected from the indexes of oil chromatography, electric test and oil test,and the index system of power transformer condition assessment is setted up。Then,nine kinds of fault types are summarized,such as the current circuit fault,insulation damp,insulation aging,insulation oil deterioration and arc discharge。By using the support degree of association rules,the indexes related to each fault type are obtained。Then, the confidence of the association rules and the theory of variable weight are introduced to get the weight of each index in the fault type and to get the weight of each fault type in the state evaluation。Finally, the condition assessment and fault diagnosis of power transformer based on Set Pair Analysis and confidence criterion are used。 Judge the status of the transformer,if the state is abnormal,the fault type is judged。Three examples are selected in this paper, two cases are correct,the third case is wrong, and the evaluation method still needs to be improved。
