近年来,国内调光灯品种丰富,层次多样,既有模拟式、数字式、集成芯片 式调光灯,也还有小闭环、中闭环和大闭环调光灯控制系统,可以充分满足各种 领域的需要。目前,调光灯的发展趋势已经不仅仅是一个单独产品,而往往是一 套体系,比如经常把调光灯系统嵌入到智能家居领域。
因此,本文将介绍一种由单片机作为主控单元,来实现对 220V白炽灯的无 极调光的调光控制系统。本文设计的调光控制系统通过STC89C52 单片机作为主 控单元,配以对 220V交流电进行过零检测,引出中断信号,进而控制双向可控 硅的导通宽度来实现作为纯电阻性负载的白炽灯亮度的无极调整。本设计共计包 括五大模块:单片机及最小系统模块,220V交流电过零信号采集模块,光触发驱 动模块,双向可控硅主电路模块,按键控制模块。最后,本文基本能实现对灯光 的无极调整。
