摘要科学技术知识在进步的同时,人们对环保方面的意识增强许多,太阳能热水器的使用越来越频繁,走进了千家万户。目前,太阳能热水器占据了非常大的市场空间,但是市场上的太阳能热水器控制在某些对象上不方便。不能对水温进行良好的控制,这会造成很大的安全隐患。80358
本文一开始介绍了中国的太阳能热水器的目前发展状况,对比思考了国内外太阳能热水器的发展以及使用情况。针对学生宿舍楼用水进行了以单片机为核心的太阳能热水器自动控制系统。学生无需担心水温和水位,不管是晴天还是阴天都可以照常使用。所有宿舍内的热水箱都由计算机监控,一旦发现问题就会发出报警信号。学生还可以通过液晶显示器上的收费窗口查询收费情况,十分方便。
本文的主要工作是利用单片机进行太阳能热水器自动控制系统设计,还加入了上位机的元素。在太阳能中央热水器对各宿舍提供热水的前提下,对宿舍的冷热水管进行控制,采用AT89S52单片机作为中心,主要有水温采集控制电路,水位采集控制电路,水流量采集电路,电磁阀控制电路。电磁阀控制冷热两支水管,当水箱内水位不足则会开启辅加热,达到设定温度。显示屏上会显示水温水位和收费金额。上位机采用的是计算机,对每个宿舍单片机进行查看,发现问题立即反馈。
最后通过对现有宿舍太阳能热水器方案的分析和比较,可以完成预期的效果,从而实现了学生宿舍楼的太阳能热水器自动控制的一系列功能。

The Design of Solar Water Heater Control System
Abstract With the development of science and technology and people's awareness of environmental protection, solar water heaters use more and more frequently, into the household。At present, solar water heaters occupy a very large market space, but solar water heaters on the market features a single control system,the control is not convenient as well。If the water temperature can not be well controlled, it will cause great security risk。
This paper introduced the present situation of domestic solar water heaters and analyzed the usage of solar water heaters at home and abroad 。The design is based on microcontroller as the core of solar water heaters automatic control system in a student dormitory。 Students do not need to worry about the water temperature and water level。 Even if the sun is not sufficient in the case,it can be used as usual。All the hot water tank within dormitories are monitored by computer, if there are problems it will send an alarm signal。Students can also query the fees by the window on the LCD monitor, it is very convenient。
The main work of this paper is based on microcontroller about solar water heaters automatic control system and real-time monitoring system based on the upper computer。On the premise of providing the hot water by the solar water heater central in a student dormitory,SCM will control hot and cold water quarters。The system uses AT89S52 MCU , including temperature acquisition and control circuit, the water level acquisition and control circuit, collecting water flow circuit, the solenoid valve control circuit。The solenoid valve control hot and cold water two pipes。 open auxiliary heating to reach the set temperature when the water level in the tank is less。 Water temperature water level and the amount of fees will appear on the display。The upper computer uses a computer。 It will be real-time monitoring for each microcontroller hostel。It will immediately feedback once problems come。
