摘要空气中的氧分子在水中溶解后,就称之为溶解氧。测量水中氧气含量是环保部门反映水体质量重要指标,水中氧气含量也反映水体净化能力的最基本条件。 在环境监测,工业和农业生产方面能够准确的测量水体的氧含量非常有作用。80359

本文根据之前已有的溶解氧测量的方法之上,自行设计探究双电极型极谱式溶解氧传感器,并着重介绍了传感器各大部分的制作,以及由单片机构成的各大电路的组成。首先从传感器的研究电极,透氧膜,电解液,以及传感器腔体各部分选材和设计来介绍溶解氧传感器,紧接着重点介绍的是硬件系统的设计,包括单片机的选型,温度传感器选择,硬件电路由电源部分电路,温度部分电路溶解氧部分电路,模数转换部分电路,单片机处理部分电路,LED液晶显示部分电路组成。

系统软件部分应用各个模块完成对应的功能,C语言作为其编程语言,软件部分设计包括A/D转换程序,测量采集程序,分析记录程序,液晶显示程序。再开始命令下达后,主控程序或者服务程序各自调用相应的下属子程序来完成对于溶解氧信号的检测,各种信号处理和对数据进行分析储存功能。最后通过软硬件相结合对所设计溶解氧传感器进行测试。

Design of Intelligent Dissolved Oxygen Sensor

Abstract After oxygen molecules in the air dissolved in water, it is known as dissolved oxygen。 The content of oxygen in water is an important indicator environmental protection departments reflect the quality of the water。 Acquiring the content of oxygen in water is also a basic condition which reflects water purification ability。 Measuring the oxygen content in water accurately plays a very important role in environmental monitoring, industrial and agricultural protection。

According to the method of measuring dissolved oxygen, this paper explores double electrode type polarographic dissolved oxygen sensor, and emphatically introduces the manufacturing process of most parts of the sensor andthe constitution of essential circuit integrated by SCM。 Firstly, from the sensor electrode through oxygen membrane, electrolyte, and the sensor cavity of each part of the material and design, this paper introduces dissolved oxygen sensor。 What follows directly is the hardware system design, including MCU selection, selection of temperature sensor, hardware circuit consists of a power supply circuit, temperature circuit dissolved oxygen section circuit, analog to digital conversion circuit, single chip processing circuit, LCD LED display circuit。

C language as the programming language, each function will be completed by corresponding modules applied in system software。 The software design includes A/D conversion program, measurement acquisition program, , liquid crystal display program, analysis and recording procedures。 After the start command is issued, the main control program or service program respectively calls the corresponding subordinate subroutine to complete the detection of dissolved oxygen signal, signal processing and data analysis of the data storage function。 Finally, the designed dissolved oxygen sensor will be tested by the combination of software and hardware。
