摘要由常规发射原理可知,膛压峰值过高时不仅对发射器,而且对弹丸的设计都十分不利。当炮膛口径增加时,传统的弹药装填技术便无法解决由口径增大带来的高膛压以及强后坐等问题。弹丸的设计和武器的机动性要求膛压较低,但是在膛压较低时将导致装药点火难以实现。高低压发射原理有利于解决上述基本问题。82755
高低压发射原理是使火药始终只在相对密闭的高压室内燃烧。达到一定的压力后喷口全部打开,火药燃气从高压室流入低压室中,当低压室的压力达到弹丸挤进压力后启动弹丸,推动弹丸在发射管中加速前进运动。这样便能保证火药在高压室中完全燃烧,保证内弹道性能的稳定性,又能保证低压室中的压力不太高。
本设计针对高低压发射原理和相关技术特点,建立高低压火炮的内弹道数学模型,并进行编程计算,绘制出一条内弹道曲线。在此基础上,利用该程序进行参数预测分析,讨论高低压室容积、喷孔面积等结构参量及装药量、火药燃速系数、火药力等装填参数的变化对高低压火炮内弹道性能的影响。
