摘要本次课题设计的运输柜是专门为快递行业设计的一种载运和助力装置。它主要研 究用一款带有升降机构、可调隔板和二维码的箱式货柜，来解决目前快递业存在的， 诸如暴力分拣、不文明投递这样的一些问题。83322

考虑到一般快递运输车的结构和尺寸，所以决定运输柜的整体结构还是为箱式结 构，因为箱式货柜能最大限度的利用空间，增大单位占地面积的存放货物量，而且带 有隔板分层的货柜形式能有效避免因货物多层堆积带来的挤压损坏货物的问题。

可升降的结构，能代替人力装卸货物，而且整体装卸的方式更是解决了，由于单 件货物人工装卸而引起的不文明分拣、投递的问题，提高了装卸效率。除此之外，可 升降式结构还衍生出了另一项功能，即能使运输柜整体在斜坡路面移动时，仍然保持 水平姿态，以此来保证运输柜内货物的安全。

另外，为了方便客户取快递，我在快递车的车体上还设计了二维码标签，运用现 在成熟的二维码技术，能够准确，快速的完成取货。

本课题针对可升降式箱式货柜的以上特点，来使得在分拣、运输和提取的过程中， 既能保证快递件的安全运输、有序堆放并便于收货人最终的提取快递，又能减轻快递 员的工作强度，最终实现快递业的人性化、科技化和文明化。

Abstract In this subject, transportation container is a carried and assistant device designed for express delivery industry especially。 The subject mainly aims at sloving problems that exist in express delivery industry right now by using the container with liftable institution, adjustable bulkhead and QR code, such as violence sorting, uncivilized delivery etc。

Consider of the structure and size of the normal delivery truck, deciding box-type will be the final form of the container’s structure。 Box-type container is able to make the best use of space, enlarging the amount of goods per square meter。 What’s more, the carrier with bulkhead can effectively solve the problems extrusion damaging goods that caused by multi-layer stacking goods。

The liftable structure is a substitute for transporting cargos by manpower。 The form of overall handling solves the problems that uncivilized sorting and delivery  caused by loading goods one by one and improve the efficiency at the same time 。Besides, the liftable structure also spawns another function that it will be able to keep the horizontal attitude for ensuring the safety of cargos in the container while the whole body moving on a sloping surface。

Furthermore, in order to facilitate customers taking delivery, I design the QR code lable on the body of the container。 Using the mature QR code technology now, we can take the express accurately and rapidly。

The subject with such characteristics of the liftable box-type container makes sure that express items transported safely, stacked orderly and taken by receivers conveniently and reduces the intensity of the courier as well。 It will ultimately bring about a humanized, technological and civilized express delivery industry。
