摘要立体养护窑是叠合楼板自动化生产线上的主要设备,混凝土半成品的养护质量直接影响最终叠合楼板成品的出厂质量,叠合楼板的生产成本及生产效率受养护阶段的养护成本和养护时间影响。因此,如何让立体养护窑保持最佳生产状况和实现高效便捷的自动化控制成为了问题关键。为了提高叠合楼板在立体养护窑中的养护质量和生产效率,本文研究主要从工业生产实际和自动化控制角度出发,对立体养护窑的温度控制系统做出了研究和探讨。83321
本文通过对叠合楼板生产工艺和自动化生产线相关知识的了解和探究,首先在介绍了叠合楼板养护阶段流程和立体养护窑自动化控制要求基础上,着重阐述了立体养护窑温度控制系统的方案设计、硬件选型和相关应用。然后,对温度控制系统所需的智能硬件和编程软件做了具体描述。最后,本文重点展示了PLC控制程序和人机监控界面设计相关工作。
本设计系统下位机采用西门子公司S7-200型PLC作为控制中心,使用编程软件STEP7-Micro/WIN软件进行温度控制系统PLC程序编译,上位机选用亚控科技公司研发的组态王Kingview监控软件进行人机监控界面设计,实现了立体养护窑养护温度和养护时间的自动化控制,并建立完善的人机监控平台,保证立体养护窑可以安全、高效、经济的运行。

AbstractThree-dimensional conservation kiln is the main equipment laminated floor automated production line, semi-finished concrete maintenance quality directly affects the quality of the final laminated floor factory finished, production costs and productivity laminated floor maintenance costs by conservation and maintenance time on stage。 So, how to make three-dimensional conservation kiln maintain optimal production conditions and achieve convenient and efficient automation has become a key issue。 In order to improve conservation laminated floor quality and production efficiency in curing kiln perspective, this paper mainly from the industrial automation and control actual production point of view, three-dimensional conservation kiln temperature control system to make a study and discussion。
Based on the laminated floor production technology and automated production lines related knowledge to understand and explore, the introduction of the first stage of the process and laminated floor conservation perspective conservation kiln automation control requirements based on a design perspective focuses on the conservation kiln temperature control system , hardware selection and related applications。 Then, the temperature control system for the intelligent hardware and programming software made specifically described。 Finally, it highlights the PLC program control and man-machine control interface design related work。
