摘要本文以环型塔式多功能立体车库的控制系统为主要研究对象,分析了多功能立体 车库机械结构和动作顺序,需要实现上位机选择洗车、停车、取车自助服务。根据设 计目标设计了立体车库控制系统总体方案,选择以三菱 FX2N-60MR 为主控单元,外扩 三菱 FX2NC-32EX 和三菱 FX2NC-16EX,以 FN2N-2AD 为辅助控制单元,并选取光电传 感器和接近开关为辅助控制单元。以组态王软件为上位机开发软件,设计了人机交互 界面。论文对所选控制方案的输入输出进行了详细的分析,完成了控制方案的输入输 出分配及其硬件选型,设计了各个主控电路图。重点运用 GX Developer 设计了控制 系统的程序梯形图,运用组态王软件编写人机交互界面,实现了多功能立体车库系统 的控制与监视。83294

ABSTRACT Based on the circular tower multi-functional three-dimensional garage control system as the main research object, analyses the multifunctional stereo garage, the mechanical structure and movement order selection need to implement the upper machine wash the car, parking, car self-service。 The three-dimensional garage control system were designed according to the design goal overall plan, to select the main control unit of mitsubishi FX2N - 60 Mr, outside enlarge mitsubishi FX2NC - 32 ex and mitsubishi FX2NC - 16 ex, FN2N - 2 AD as auxiliary control unit, and the photoelectric sensor and proximity switch of the auxiliary control unit。 With kingview software for the PC software, human-computer interaction interface is designed。 Papers on the input and output of the selected control scheme are analyzed in detail, to complete the control scheme of input and output distribution and its hardware selection, the main control circuit diagram is designed。 Focus on using the GX Developer program ladder diagram of the control system is designed, using kingview software written human-computer interaction interface, realized the multifunctional stereo garage system control and monitoring。
